My healing work is connected to my First Nations cultural expressions and ways of knowing, doing and being. I offer insights from a First Nations perspective, specifically using Deep Listening and connection to Country to bring a unique and empowered experience to the sessions.

I work with clients in a dynamic way to respond to the unique needs of each individual. My healing practices culminates the modalities of energy healing, channelling, psychic healing, land-based somatics & embodiment, and storying. I channel Divine Spirit and the healing wisdom and power of nature spirits, plants, animals to invoke healing shifts for clients. The clients spirit guides or Ancestor guides may show up during a session to participate in the healing.

A healing can involve anything from a light energetic reset to deep, embodied, and psychic healing, shadow work and inner child work work. Lived stories may present themselves for healing.

My sessions can also include healing through chanting and movement, where I channel Divine Spirit through chanting and movement choreography. This can be an incredibly powerful way of invoking healing transformation in the clients Metaphysical and energetic bodies. I work with the light of Country (Mother Earth) to promote grounding & cellular activations. My First Nations somatic work has developed through a personal process of Cultural reclamation and revival, merging this with clairsentience to connect with the bodies consciousness.

My sessions are guided and facilitated through a process of care, protection, compassion, and discernment. It is my aim to ensure that clients are held, supported, and cared for from the opening to closing of each session. Safety, love, and nurturance are the key components to facilitating this space.

I create a non-judgemental environment where clients highest good are upheld at all times. This includes respecting client’s confidentiality & privacy. I engage a rigorous process of grounding through guiding a mind-body-spirit-land connection.

I deliver 1:1 and group healing sessions. I also deliver ‘On Country’ sessions, where healings take place in nature. This is a great way to anchor and ground, and to tune in to the vital life force of nature, and it’s healing wisdom.
